This was a fun birthday party I hosted at my childhood home with an all girls crowd. Table design, floral arrangements, & decorations were also curated & handmade by me!
The food was an eclectic mix of Italian dishes, Asian inspired desserts, & fruity cocktails / mocktails.

Taking it back to my roots; this was a birthday party dinner spread with ode to Filipino Kamayan where the tagalog term is translated to "eating by the hand." This method of experiencing food is one of community & emphasizes sharing.
In its lovely showcasing of dishes on top of prepped banana leaves, I've prepared classic Filipino appetizers, dishes, as well as modern, trending dishes: Chicken Adobo, Lechon Kawali, Pork & Shrimp Lumpia, Pancit Canton, Garlic Shrimp, Garlic Sauteed Long Beans, & Garlic Rice
Classic sauces inculding: Mufran All Purpose Sauce, Seafood Boil Dipping Sauce, Spiced Vinegar, & lemon + calamansi citruses.
Alongside some refreshing fruits & sweets to complete the meal:
Ube Puto, Watermelon, Manila Mangoes, Strawberries!
